5 week Online Meditation Course
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it”
Join me on a 5 week journey to clear away any obstacles you may have to living with an open and loving heart, whether that love is for yourself, for others, or for life in general. Each week we will focus on different meditation practices such as Metta (Loving Kindness), Gratitude, Forgiveness and more, with a basis in mindful meditation techniques.
The course consists of 5 – one hour meditation sessions lead by an experienced teacher, with a discussion period to broaden understanding and ask questions, and optional homework to deepen your experience of the practice.
Anyone can take this course, no matter your level of practice or experience. The heart is a great place to begin a meditation practice, and beginners are very welcome.
