7 week experiential exploration of your chakras

This chakra course will take you on a week-by-week journey of each of your 7 main chakras from the yogic system – currently the most universally used chakra system. We will discuss some of the theory behind the chakras, but most of the time will be devoted to your meditative experience of your own chakras. This is the best way to get to know and understand the chakra system.

The course consists of 7 – one hour meditation sessions lead by an experienced teacher, with a discussion period to broaden understanding and ask questions, handouts with more in depth information and optional homework to deepen your experience of your own energy system.
